Our payment policies:
We require a minimum $200 down payment to book and hold your event date.
Minimum of 50% payment of remaining balance due one week prior to event.
Remaining balance due day of event.
If a deposit is required, you will receive that within 10 days after event.
TASTE TEST: We would be glad to find a date/time to meet with you and sample some options. Please limit the food selections to 2-3 meats and 2-3 sides. We do not have most foods on hand, and some manu items cannot be purchased/prepared in small amounts but we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
We ask for a $5 per person donation to help us cover the cost of food.
There is no charge if you are prebooked and have made your $200 down payment
All catered food is subject to standard mn state sales tax and 15% gratuity.
